Lead Paint Disclosure - This form must be completed by a
Seller and made available to a Buyer if the property was built prior to 1978 and is intended to provide information
about the presence of any lead based paint, if known to the Seller.
Property Condition Disclosure Statement - This form should be completed by a Seller and
made available to a Buyer prior to the signing of a Contract of Sale. If the Seller chooses not to complete this form, then
the Buyer is entitled to a $500 credit at closing.
Disclosure to Buyers - This form is provided to confirm that the Broker has informed
the Buyer that they are entitled to receive the Property Condition Disclosure Statement from the Seller prior to the signing
of a Contract of Sale.
Disclosure to Sellers - This form is provided to confirm that the Broker has fulfilled
their obligation in providing this form to the Seller.
Agency Disclosure - This form explains your choices for representation when
purchasing or selling real estate. An agency relationship must be established at the first substantive point of contact.
